Brad is an excellent agent to help you sell your home. We were first time home sellers and we were moving out of the country in a few days. He came to our house with comparable homes that had sold in our neighborhood recently (how much they sold for, how long they were on the market, amenities, etc.) He also came with information on our house from when we purchased it; all of this information not only put our minds at ease that he was knowledgeable and did his homework, but that he was well prepared to sell our house. He put our house up on the market at 1:00 and by 3:30 he had two walk-troughs scheduled with potential buyers. By 5:00 we had an offer and we were under contract in less than 10 hours of us putting the house up. Even though we were living overseas he made the selling process easy, ensured we had all of our documents in on time for close, and he kept our stress level down by always having great communication and updates. If he can sell our house in a few hours and while we were living overseas he can most certainly sell your home! I highly recommend Brad and will use him again when we return to the area and are ready to buy a home. He sold our home, kept us informed and save us so much selling costs only charging 3.9%! Huge for us!
