Jan Justice is a valued asset to both the Raleigh and Cary real estate markets. Jan has held her residential real estate license for 30 years and her General Contractors license for 10.

Over the last decade, Jan has proved her business success through the ownership and operation of a Real Estate Development, Construction and Property Management Company. Since 1994, Jan designed, built, managed, and either leased or sold the majority of professional medical parks and offices residing in and around the Cary area. Such projects include the Waverly Place and The Medical Park of Cary. As a result, Jan has gained the expertise of negotiating client loans for some multi-million-dollar projects. Additionally, Jan is an active member of the Triangle MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and both the Raleigh and National Board of Realtors.

Jan's professional experience is matched by her dedication to the Cary political community, her congregation and family. She has proved a valuable leader by serving as the Chief Judge of Cary's Penny Road Elementary polling district, where she has remained an active volunteer for four years. Moreover, Jan served as head organizer for current Mayor Ernie McAlister 2003-2004 Mayoral campaign. Jan, a member of Colonial Baptist church, has served on and off as a Sunday school teacher for six years in the past. She is the proud mother of three grown sons: Michael, an active duty Captain in the US Army; Brian, a College/Youth Minister at Port City Community Church in Wilmington, NC; and Travis, a freshman at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
