When my husband and I picked a realtor, we chose Wieland Properties because so many of the houses that sold in our neighborhood had used them. All the advantages of using them were true--but the greatest element was the realtor we got: Kenneth Tillman.

Ken walked into our old home, and the best word to describe that first meeting was "comfort". He took the time to go over every piece of paper we signed in language we could understand. He answered every minor question. He made suggestions on ways we could optimize the selling process. Worried that the house would be on the already saturated market for a while, we were elated that it sold in less than 3 weeks. Ken had us up and advertised lightning fast, and his efforts got that house sold.

After the house sold as fast as it did, we had to work quickly to find a new home for ourselves. Ken sent us e-mails or called us daily with new listings. He quickly honed in on what we were looking for in a new home, and with his help, we found the house of our dreams. Again, he walked us through everything step by step. The man never stopped--he was always available to us any time day or night to answer questions, soothe nerves, or offer advice.

Ken is a professional through and through, with an advantage that most businessmen do not have in this day and age. He is a "real" person. He made us feel like selling our home and finding a new one was his sole purpose. We feel like he really cared about us as people, not just as clients. We feel blessed to have met him!
