Wieland Properties, Inc. corporate headquarters is conveniently located in Wake County in North Raleigh between I-440 and I-540. Wieland Properties, Inc. houses an in-house attorney and 20+ superior licensed real estate agents who will service all your real estate needs with the utmost care and concern. Listing homes for 3.9% total commission, Wieland Properties, Inc. has become one of the largest real estate companies in the triangle at what we do. We never cut buyer agent fees which are included in the 3.9%! Wieland Properties has four officers: Bobby Wieland acting as President, Preston Cudd as Vice President, Ken Tillman partner/officer, and Lisa Wieland acting as CFO.

Closings Onsite!

Our new office location was purchased in April 2005 and was completely remodeled. The office features a nice conference room for home closings and other Real Estate ventures. Wieland Properties, Inc. was founded with the idea of giving the consumer high quality service for a fair commission of 1.5% to Wieland Properties, Inc. and normal buyer agent fees to the buyer's agent. Wieland Properties, Inc. is a corporation with 100 shares of common stock and serves all of Wake County, and parts of Durham, Franklin, Johnston and Granville counties with agents in these locations. We also have an agent placed at Lake Royale (Barbara Francks) handling vacation properties.
